Groomer Has It

I may be the only person watching the new Animal Planet reality show “Groomer Has It“, but I don’t care!
Yes, it’s a blatent rip off of this show, complete with a “Quick Sniff” challenge at the beginning of every episode, much like the “Quick Fire” challenge, but for anyone who has ever washed a dog, this is the show for you.
Already I learned to put cotton balls in Greta’s ears before a bath (to prevent any water from getting in her ear canals).
Yes, the show is silly and at times ridiculous, but isn’t all reality television these days?
On the “Groomer Has It” website, you can take a grooming quiz, get DIY tips, and more. The show airs at 9 p.m. E/P on Animal Planet, and you can also catch up with full episodes online.
As for who I hope wins the show, let’s just say I like to root for the underdog…get it?

The pills you pop may make you feel better, but they could be fatal to your pet. Just last year, the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center (APCC) handled 89,000 cases of pets exposed to human medications.
Here’s what to watch out for:
NSAIDs
According to the APCC, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) like ibuprofen or naproxen are the most [...]
My distaste for puppy mills notwithstanding, I’m pleased to report that, stepping away from its reputation as “The Puppy Mill Capital of the East,” the Pennsylvania Legislature passed HB 2525 on October 8, a bill that will improve the lives of tens of thousands of dogs living in Pennsylvania’s puppy mills.
HB 2525 doubles the cage [...]
Two years ago today, my husband and I rescued Greta, and our lives have never been the same since. Sure, it was hard in the beginning–after all, she was a puppy with no experiences outside of living in a wire crate 23 hours a day.
Slowly, she learned how to relax and live in a home. [...]
October is Adopt-A-Dog month, a celebration established by the American Humane Association to promote dog adoptions from animal shelters and educate people about responsible pet care. Learn more about events in your area here.
And just in time for Adopt-A-Dog month, Disney’s new film, Beverly Hills Chihuahua hits theaters October 3. The film is about Chloe, [...]
Then I guess you got your wish but when Jonathan won won 3 of then 10 challenges and was in the top 2 for another 3, not to mention 2 Quick Sniffs. Artist? Now he did win one but he was in the bottom two FOUR times and then he even lost one once and was going HOME until they pulled a switcharoo on us and let him stay. I’m not so sure about this. Did Artist have a good story? Absolutely. Was he the best groomer? Hmmmmm…….
This is for the commet before mine. I knew that Artist was good groomer from the very start of the show. He had always been my favorite. I think that Artist was a exceptional groomer! But there were other good groomer on the show too.
